General Terms & Applicability

By accessing baij's website, mobile app, or any other platform, or by using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between baij and the user.

Baij reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with baij, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• Online betting must be legal in the country or region from which you are accessing the service.
• Individuals whose decision-making capacity is impaired due to mental or physical conditions are not permitted to open an account.

After registration, baij may request your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence to verify your identity. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on baij are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit:৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposit Processing Time: Typically 1–5 minutes.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used to register the account.
• If a transaction is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team right away.

Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to all users of baij's betting services. They apply equally to everyone and are part of baij's fair play policy:

• The outcome of every bet is determined entirely by fair and regulated processes.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless baij decides otherwise under exceptional circumstances.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, baij reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Betting limits may vary depending on the event and market type.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected, baij reserves the right to investigate and withhold payment.

In live betting (in-play), odds can change at any moment. If there is a delay in system confirmation after a bet is placed and the odds change during that time, the updated odds will apply.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Baij regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses come with specific terms that must be followed. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 5–30x the bonus value before any withdrawal can be made.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• One Person, One Bonus: Only one welcome bonus is allowed per household or IP address.
• The minimum odds for bets placed with bonus funds are generally 1.50 or higher.

Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

Baij is committed to maintaining a fair and safe environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action if proven:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or deceptive activity.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to bet or play games.
• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Depositing funds derived from money laundering or any illegal source.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Any violation of the above rules gives baij the right to permanently close the account(s) involved and forfeit all balances. Where applicable, the relevant authorities may also be notified.

Responsible Gaming Policy
